We’re a family of five who all pitch in to care for our reindeer—feeding, training, and giving them the love and attention they deserve on our 14-acre farm in Huxley, Iowa. Around here, reindeer aren’t just animals—they’re family.
Our adventure began when the kids convinced us (after a magical trip to a Minnesota reindeer farm) that reindeer would be the perfect addition to our home. They were right! Now we get to share the joy of these amazing creatures with others.
Most people think of Santa and his sleigh when they hear “reindeer,” but the truth is—they’re a delight all year long! Whether it’s feeding, petting, taking photos, or simply being near them, reindeer bring smiles in every season.
